Genesee County's strength-based coach and personal trainer. 

Certified through ISSA in Personal Training, Strength & Conditioning, and Powerlifting, we can help you reach new strength goals. It is one thing to feel good about the way our bodies look, but it is another to see how it works. By setting realistic goals and milestones, we can see how our bodies adapt to change. These adaptations help our every day lives feel better, and this creates a higher boost in confidence.
